Aqua submersible watercraft
This is a sports car above and below the surface. Designers from Korea, Woonghee Han and Sungchul Yang think that we are going to be living in waterworld soon in some day, so that’s why they put together Aqua. For a versatile little one-person runabout, this design concept equally plunging deep beneath the waves or at home skimming along the water’s surface.
The two student designers of Seoul University must be doing something right, because the dolphin-shaped design was nifty enough to win a Silver Idea Design Award 2008. How the sub will be powered? it’s not mentioned, but how to make an electric-powered sub go super-fast, let’s hope we will have learned and something like this might be built by the time.
