Asia’s tallest skyscraper, second in the world

Asia’s tallest skyscraper will rank second in the world. When this Lotte Super Tower 123 is completed in South Korea in 2014, it will be rivaled in height only by the insane Burj Dubai, which stands 2,684 feet to the Super Tower’s impressive 1,821 feet. It’s been designed by Kohn Pederson, US-based Fox Architects and will be built in southern Jamsil section of Seoul, near the Han River.
The structure will be a mixed-use space including apartment in the end, hotel and office space, and will strive for LEED silver certification, which means environmentally-minded designs will feature heavily in the construction.
