Furniture for fugitives
Here is Ratchet straps + plywood = furniture for fugitives

I’m not quite sure what Ravenscourt College of Art graduate Harry Hasson’s furniture reminds me of: my student days, when my room was filled with piles of books and vinyl records that served as occasional tables; or the furniture of IKEA which was all I could afford with my first job. If, when I die, I go to Hell, I am convinced that the door to Hades will be in flatpack form in which case, I’ll be on the first flaming chariot outta there.

The range of tables and shelves are completely free from screws, nails and glue. Instead of fiddling around with said fiddlies you just use the ratchet strap to pull the surfaces together. I’m just not quite sure of the wisdom of using books and records as table legs or struts, as that means you’d have to dismantle your table to get to that rare Bonzo Dog Doo Dah band album your brother gave you back in ‘73 and your half-constructed reefer would probably go all over the floor, stash and all. Bummer.
