It is about The Blu Jacket, which is a design concept that uses flexible organic e-paper to show subway maps as you see here, passersby your mood, or even can play video advertisements to enlighten or to annoy everyone in sight. It’s a concept that could be used for good or ill, reminding us of Blade Runner.
It’s a great idea of electronic fabric, but it will cost tens of thousands dollars if this jacket is actually constructed anytime soon. So what?
