This is a functioning of NES (Nintendo Entertainment System), and it’s built into a Nike Air sneaker. Hoo boy, what a crazy, mixed-up world we live in!

It’s unlikely that this is anything other than a one-of-a-kind modification, as no one would be insane to mass produce such an item. After all, who the hell would have any use for a sneaker with an NES built into it? But hey, you’ve got to give them credit for making something completely unique.
