New Sony 80GB PS3
A new addition from Sony has just announced to the ever changing Playstation 3 line-up: an 80GB model. It won’t come bundled with any games for this new 80GB Playstation 3, but it will come with the fancy DualShock 3 controller, which will brings to the next-gen console with rumbling. The question is that with playing Playstation 2 discs, how well it will handle backwards compatibility, as in that regard previous models have not been too consistent.
It is for $399 due to hit in September. Undoubtedly, it will be unceremoniously yanked from the shelves for another minutely updated version not too many months later. Let’s just trust them on this one. Sony knows what they’re doing.
